MERRY CHRISTMAS! (and Christmas Eve)

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Eve, Christmas, etc.. Happy Holidays! We had a lot of places to be there year so it got a little hectic at times but overall was really good! Christmas Eve we went and spent some time with Randy's grandparents out in Bryceville! Their little dogs just LOVED Lucca and where ever he was laying or sitting, those dogs were right next to him like they were protecting him or something lol.. Here are some pics from Christmas Eve.

Then, Christmas morning around 2AM Lucca decided he was ready to get up... and didn't go back to sleep until 6:00.. so we had our alarms set for 7, but since he had just went back to sleep we tried to let him sleep a little bit longer.. Unfortunately he was kinda whiny and cranky opening presents so he wasn't very into it lol.. Maybe next year he will be more excited, but I did get a few pics of him with his presents =)

For Christmas morning we all went to Piccadilly with my dad's side of the family. His dad wanted to treat us all to a Christmas lunch so the whole family met there and had a YUMMY lunch! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures on my camera because I was busy making sure Lucca didn't puke everywhere! lol He hasn't thrown up ALL week and this morning he woke up throwing up everything! Then Christmas night we came back to my mom's house for her side of the family's Christmas. She has 4 sisters (two of which live outta state) and ALL the sisters were able to come for Christmas this year for the first time in a LONG time. So it was a really special night for my mom :)

We bought him two suits to wear for Christmas this year lol. He looked so darn handsome and so grown up!

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week with family and relaxing because 2011 is just a few days away!! Can't believe the new year is almost here and my lil man will be 2 years old in just a couple days!!!

Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! I know we did! Lucca loved opening his presents, although he was a little bit of a sleepy head Christmas morning.. Christmas Eve we went over to my parents house and helped them set up for my dad's side of the family coming over. Then we let Lucca open up presents from my parents, and he LOVED the wrapping paper. He got the hang of it after the first few. It was so fun to watch him get into it. They got him a lot of really good learning stuff and things to help him focus on sitting up and walk. AND he got a new bath seat lol!

Christmas morning, Lucca must have been too excited about santa because he didn't want to sleep ALL night! lol So he was def a sleepy head opening our presents, but he still enjoyed it. Then we went over to my mom's for my dad's side of the family Christmas. Then the day after Christmas we went over to my moms AGAIN for my mom's side of the family. Which ended up only being her one sister's family, because the others weren't able to make it.

Overall it was a really good weekend and I can't believe it has already come and gone..NOW I have to work on getting everything together for Lucca's FIRST birthday party this Saturday. I am stressing out BAD. I have already started having birthday disaster nightmares lol Hopefully everything will come together and it won't be a madhouse. Wish me luck!

*Christmas Pictures 2009*

We took the kids to get professional Christmas Pictures done this weekend. My cousin Tricia had told me about a place called Portrait Innovations at the St. Johns Town Center, so we decided we would try it out. All her pics of Brynn & Grayson (her little ones) always turn out SO well, so I figured why not. I was SOOO hoping they would turn out ok, because that morning turned into a RUSH-FEST! We were running behind BIG TIME, and we late for out appt. Thank GOODNESS they didn't turn us away! Anyway, they WELL exceeded my expectations of them, and I am VERY pleased with the way they turned out. Here is a little preview:... DUN.. DUN ..DUN.....
